My package arrived

Good news, your Lifeline Connect package has been delivered. Here's how to get started.

Open your package and check everything is inside. You should find your watch, a charging stand, and a short welcome guide.
Charge your watch. It's best to give it a full charge before you begin.
Get the app and log in

Before you can connect your watch, you'll need the app on your phone.
- If you don't have the app yet: go to the App Store (iPhone) or Play Store (Android) and download it.
- If you already have the app: open it and log in with your email and password.

Don't worry about doing everything at once. We'll guide you through each step, and you can take it at your own pace.
