What is pre-registration?

Pre-registration lets you reserve your Lifeline Connect device before it's officially available or before your chosen start date. It's a simple way to secure your place and be first in line.

When you pre-register, you don't need to do anything else straight away. We'll keep you updated by email at each step:

• A confirmation that your pre-registration has been received.
• An update when your device is ready to be prepared for delivery.
• A final message when your order is on its way.

You won't be charged in full until your device is ready, and you're free to ask us any questions in the meantime.
