What is a Care Circle?

Your Care Circle is the group of family and friends you choose to help keep an eye on your wellbeing. It's one of the most valuable parts of Lifeline Connect. Here's what it is and why it helps.

What is it? It's simply the trusted people you invite, perhaps a daughter, a neighbour, or a good friend, who can see that you're doing well and be there if you ever need help.

Why add people?

• Peace of mind, for you and for them. They can see you're okay without having to phone constantly.
• Help when it matters. If you have a fall or press SOS, your Care Circle can be alerted.
• You stay in control. You choose who's included and exactly what they can see.

Who should I add? Anyone you trust and would be happy to have looking out for you. Most people start with one or two close family members.
