What happens if my invite is declined or still pending?

👥 How to Track Care Circle Invitation Statuses

After you invite someone to join your Care Circle, you can check whether they have accepted the invitation in the LifelineConnect app.

📱 To check an invitation status:

1. Open the LifelineConnect app on your smartphone and log in.
2. Tap Care Circle.
3. Look at the status shown next to each person’s name.

📌 What the statuses mean:

🕓 Pending
The invitation has been sent, but the person has not accepted it yet.

✅ Accepted or Active
The person has accepted the invitation and is now part of your Care Circle.

❌ Declined or Expired
The person chose not to accept the invitation, or the invitation expired before they completed it.

📩 If an invitation is still pending:

Ask the person to check their email or text messages, including their junk or spam folder. You can also resend the invitation from the app.

🔁 If an invitation was declined or expired:

You can invite the person again. If needed, refer to your guide on inviting a caregiver.
