What happens if my invite is declined or still pending?

After you invite someone to your Care Circle, it's easy to see whether they've accepted. Here's how.

1. Open the Lifeline Connect app and log in.
2. Tap [Care Circle].
3. Look at the status next to each person's name.

What the statuses mean:

• Pending – they've been invited but haven't accepted yet.
• Accepted / Active – they've joined and are now part of your Care Circle.
• Declined – they chose not to accept, or the invitation expired.

If an invite is still pending: they may not have seen it yet. Ask them to check their email or text (and their junk folder), or tap [Resend invitation].

If an invite was declined: you can simply invite them again if you'd like. See our guide on inviting a caregiver.
