What do I do if my watch is lost or stolen?

If your watch is lost or stolen, we'll help you sort it out. Here's what to do.

  1. Check the app first. [If a "find my watch" feature is available, it may show the watch's last location or make it ring.]
  2. Contact our support team as soon as you can. Let us know it's lost or stolen.
  3. We'll deactivate it so no one else can use it or see your information, this keeps you safe.
  4. We'll arrange a replacement so you're not left without your safety features. [Confirm any cost or warranty terms.]

If it was stolen, you may also wish to report it to the police, and we can provide any details you need.
