What are the different roles in my Care Circle? (user, primary caregiver, etc.)
In your Care Circle, each person can have a different role, this decides what they're able to see and do. You choose the right role for each person. Here are the main ones.
- You (the main user). This is your account. You're always in full control and decide everyone else's access.
- Primary caregiver. Usually a close family member. They can see the most, and are often the first person alerted in an emergency.
- Caregiver / member. Can see that you're doing well and may be alerted if you need help, but with fewer controls than a primary caregiver.
- [Viewer / limited access]. [Describe, e.g. can only see limited information.]
How to set or change a role:
- Tap [Care Circle], then tap the person's name.
- Tap [Role] and choose the one that suits.
You can adjust roles whenever you like. Give more access to those closest to you, and less to others, whatever feels right. Any questions? Contact our support team.
