How should I wear my watch?
Wearing your watch correctly helps it read your heart rate and steps accurately, and makes sure features like fall detection work properly. Here's how to wear it.
- Wear it on your wrist, like a normal watch.
- Sit it just above your wrist bone, about a finger's width up your arm.
- Make it snug but comfortable. It shouldn't slide around, but shouldn't leave a mark either. You should be able to slip a finger underneath.
- Wear it on the wrist you prefer. Either wrist is fine.
A few tips:
- Keep the back of the watch touching your skin, this is how it reads your heart rate.
- For the best sleep tracking, keep it on at night.
- Take it off now and then to let your skin breathe, and to charge it.
