How do I upgrade the software for my door lock?

From time to time we release free updates that improve your door lock. Here's how to update it.

1. Open the Lifeline Connect app and log in.
2. Tap [Door lock], then [Settings].
3. Tap [Check for updates].
4. If an update is available, tap [Update now] and follow the prompts.

While updating:

• Stay near your door with your phone.
• Make sure the lock's batteries aren't low, update when they have plenty of charge.
• Let the update finish without interrupting it.

Updates keep your lock secure and working well, so it's worth doing them when prompted. If an update won't complete, contact our support team.
