How do I upgrade my watch with the latest software and features?
From time to time, we release free updates that improve your watch, fixing small issues and adding new features. Here's how to update.
- Open the Lifeline Connect app and log in.
- Tap [Settings], then [Device] or [Watch].
- Tap [Check for updates].
- If an update is available, tap [Update now] and follow the prompts.
While updating:
- Keep your watch on its charger and close to your phone.
- The update may take a little while, this is normal. Let it finish without touching your watch.
- Your watch may restart once it's done.
Updates keep your watch working at its best, so it's worth doing them when prompted. If an update won't complete, contact our support team.
