How to Install LifelineConnect SmartWatch Firmware Updates

From time to time, LifelineConnect releases free software updates to improve performance, fix minor issues, and add new features to your SmartWatch.

To check for and install an update:

1. Open the LifelineConnect app on your smartphone and log in.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Select your watch or device profile.
4. Tap Check for Updates.
5. If an update is available, tap Update Now and follow the on-screen instructions.

While the update is in progress:

- Keep your LifelineConnect SmartWatch on its charging stand.
- Keep your SmartWatch close to your smartphone.
- Let the update finish without closing the app or pressing buttons on the watch.
- Your SmartWatch may restart automatically when the update is complete.

Keeping your LifelineConnect SmartWatch up to date helps it continue to work reliably and securely.
