How do I update the mobile application on my phone to the newest version?

Keeping the app updated means it runs smoothly and has the latest features. Here's how to check for and install updates.

On an iPhone:

1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap your picture or initials in the top corner.
3. Scroll to find Lifeline Connect. If an update is shown, tap Update.

On an Android phone:

1. Open the Play Store.
2. Tap your picture or initials in the top corner, then Manage apps.
3. If Lifeline Connect has an update, tap Update.

Tip: you can turn on automatic updates so your apps update themselves, one less thing to remember.
