How do I test my door lock after installation?

After fitting your door lock, it's worth a quick test to make sure everything's working. Here's a simple check.

1. Test locking and unlocking by hand. Use the [thumb-turn on the inside] to lock and unlock the door. It should move smoothly.
2. Test the app. Open the app and tap [Lock] and [Unlock], check the door responds each time.
3. Test an access code. Enter a caregiver's code [on the keypad] and check the door unlocks.
4. Check the app connection. Make sure the app shows your lock as connected.

If all four work, your lock is set up correctly.

If something doesn't work:

• Check the batteries are fitted properly.

• Try the test again near the door with Bluetooth on.
