How do I set up access codes for my caregivers?

Access codes let your caregivers open your door without needing a key. You're in control of who has a code and can change them any time. Here's how to set them up.

1. Open the Lifeline Connect app and log in.
2. Tap [Door lock], then [Access codes].
3. Tap [Add code].
4. Enter the name of the person, for example "Daughter Jane".
5. Choose or enter a code for them, or let the app create one.
6. Tap Save.

Good to know:

• Each person can have their own code, so you always know who's coming and going.
• This works alongside your Care Circle, the people who help look after you.
• You can remove or change a code whenever you like.
