How do I replace the battery in my door lock?

When your door lock's batteries run low, replacing them is quick and easy. Here's how.

You'll need: [type and number of batteries, e.g. 4 AA batteries].

1. On the inside part of the lock, [open the battery cover, describe how, e.g. slide or lift it off].
2. Take out the old batteries.
3. Put in the new ones, matching the + and − markings.
4. Close the cover.
5. Check the app shows a full battery.

Good to know:

• Your access codes and settings are saved, changing the batteries won't erase them.
• Replace all the batteries at once, rather than mixing old and new.
