When the batteries in your LifelineConnect Door Lock run low, replacing them is quick and straightforward. Regular battery changes help keep your lock working reliably.

🪫 What you will need

Four AA alkaline batteries.

🛠️ How to replace the batteries

1. Go to the inside part of the door lock.
2. Slide the battery cover upward and lift it off.
3. Remove all four old batteries.
4. Insert four new AA alkaline batteries, making sure the positive (+) and negative (−) ends match the markings inside the compartment.
5. Slide the battery cover back into place until it is secure.
6. Open the LifelineConnect app and check that the battery status shows a full charge.

ℹ️ Important information

- Your access codes and saved settings will not be erased when you replace the batteries.
- Always replace all four batteries at the same time.
- Do not mix old and new batteries.
- Please recycle used batteries responsibly.
