How do I pair my door lock with the app?

Pairing your LifelineConnect Door Lock with the app allows you to lock, unlock, and manage access from your smartphone.

Before you begin, make sure the lock batteries are installed, Bluetooth is turned on for your smartphone, and you are logged in to the LifelineConnect app.

To pair your LifelineConnect Door Lock:

1. Open the LifelineConnect app.
2. Tap Add Device.
3. Select Door Lock.
4. Wait while the app searches for your lock.
5. When your lock appears, tap it to connect.
6. Follow the on-screen steps to complete setup.

Once pairing is complete, your LifelineConnect Door Lock will stay connected and you should not need to pair it again.

If your lock does not appear, check that the batteries are fitted correctly and that you are standing near the door. If you still need help, refer to the pairing troubleshooting guide or contact our support team.
