How do I pair my door lock with the app?

Pairing your door lock with the app lets you lock, unlock, and manage access from your phone. Here's how.

Before you start: make sure your lock has its batteries in, your phone's Bluetooth is on, and you're logged in to the app.

1. Open the Lifeline Connect app.
2. Tap [Add device], then [Door lock].
3. The app will search for your lock, this takes a moment.
4. When your lock appears, tap it to connect.
5. Follow any on-screen prompts to finish.

Once paired, your lock stays connected, you won't need to do this again.
