How do I log in to my Lifeline Connect account?

Logging in lets you access your account, your device, and your health information. Here's how.

1. Open the Lifeline Connect app on your phone.
2. Tap Log in.
3. Enter the email address you used when you bought your device.
4. Enter your password.
5. Tap Log in.

First time logging in? If you haven't set a password yet, tap Create account or Set password and follow the steps. We'll send a confirmation to your email.

Forgotten your password? Tap Forgot password on the login screen. We'll email you a link to set a new one.
