How do I link my LifelineConnect SmartWatch with the app?

Linking (also called pairing) your LifelineConnect SmartWatch to the app lets them work together. Here's how, for both types of phone.

Before you start: make sure your LifelineConnect SmartWatch is charged, your phone's Bluetooth is turned on, and you're logged in to the app.

On an iPhone:

  1. Open the LifelineConnect app.
  2. Tap [Add device / Pair watch].
  3. When your LifelineConnect SmartWatch appears on screen, tap its name.
  4. If a code appears, check it matches the one on your LifelineConnect SmartWatch, then tap Pair.

On an Android phone:

  1. Open the LifelineConnect app.
  2. Tap [Add device / Pair watch].
  3. Allow the app to use Bluetooth and location if it asks, this is needed to find your LifelineConnect SmartWatch.
  4. Tap your watch's name when it appears, and confirm.

Once paired, your LifelineConnect SmartWatch and app stay linked, you won't need to do this again. If your LifelineConnect SmartWatch doesn't appear, see our guide on pairing problems.
