How do I invite a caregiver to my Care Circle?
Adding a caregiver, such as a family member or friend, to your Care Circle takes just a moment. Here's how.
- Open the Lifeline Connect app and log in.
- Tap [Care Circle].
- Tap [Invite] or the + button.
- Enter the person's name and their email address or phone number.
- Choose what they're allowed to see and do (their role).
- Tap Send invitation.
They'll receive an invitation with simple steps to join. Once they accept, they'll appear in your Care Circle.
Good to know:
- They'll need to download the app to accept, but you can help them, or our team can.
- You can change what they see, or remove them, at any time.
