How to Install Your LifelineConnect Door Lock

Your LifelineConnect Door Lock helps you and your Care Circle unlock and manage access more easily. This guide gives an overview of the installation process.

Professional installation is available as an additional service with your purchase. Installation is carried out by qualified Connect America partners. After your order is placed, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable installation date and time.

If you are installing the lock yourself, make sure you have the door lock, the fixings provided, and a screwdriver. Set aside about 30 minutes.

To install your LifelineConnect Door Lock:

1. Remove the inside part of your existing lock.
2. Fit the mounting plate using the fixings provided.
3. Attach the LifelineConnect Door Lock to the mounting plate.
4. Insert the batteries.
5. Pair the lock with the LifelineConnect app. If needed, refer to the door lock pairing guide.

Photos or a short video for each step can make installation easier to follow.
