How do I get the Lifeline Connect app on my mobile device?

The Lifeline Connect app is where you'll manage your device, view your health information, and stay connected to your Care Circle. Here's how to install it.

If you have an iPhone or iPad:

  1. Tap the App Store icon on your screen.
  2. Tap Search at the bottom, then type Lifeline Connect.
  3. Tap Get next to the app, then confirm if asked.
  4. Once it's installed, tap Open.

If you have an Android phone (such as Samsung or Google):

  1. Tap the Play Store icon on your screen.
  2. Type Lifeline Connect in the search bar at the top.
  3. Tap Install.
  4. Once it's installed, tap Open.
