How to change security details and password?

Keeping a strong password helps keep your account, and your personal information, safe. Here's how to change your password and security details.

1. Open the LifelineConnect app and log in.
2. Tap [Settings], then [Password] or [Security].
3. Enter your current password, then your new one.
4. Tap Save.

Tips for a good password:

• Make it at least [8] characters long.
• Mix letters and numbers.
• Avoid things easy to guess, like your name or birthday.
• Don't use the same password as your email or bank.

Forgotten your current password? Tap Forgot password on the login screen and we'll email you a link to reset it.
