If you have changed your phone number, it is important to update it so your account alerts and support communications continue without interruption.

📝 Update your phone number

1. Open the LifelineConnect app on your smartphone and log in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Select My Account Details.
4. Tap your current phone number.
5. Enter your new phone number carefully.
6. Enter the verification code sent to your new number.
7. Tap Save and Confirm.

🔐 Why you need a verification code

The verification code helps confirm that the new phone number belongs to you and keeps your account secure.

📲 If you also have a new phone

If you are using a new smartphone as well, download the LifelineConnect app from your device’s app store and log in with your existing email address and password. Your account information and settings will still be available.

💬 If you do not receive the code

Check that you entered the correct phone number and area code, then try again. If the code still does not arrive, contact our support team for help.
