How to clean my watch?

If your LifelineConnect SmartWatch has accumulated some residues and is not keeping it from working right or you just want a cleanup, here are a few steps:

-General cleaning: 

• Use a fabric cloth, barely soaked with tap water, and clean around the watch. Then use a dry cloth to dry it out. Repeat if needed.

-Charging Area / Copper contacts:

• Use a dry, soft toothbrush and gently brush over the pins to remove dirt. If needed, use a cotton swab barely damp with water, then dry completely before charging.

-Speaker and Microphone: 

• Tap the watch face-down gently on your palm to loosen dirt. Then brush gently over the holes with a dry, soft toothbrush. Do not poke anything into the holes.

-What to Avoid: 

Avoid soap, alcohol, or cleaning sprays. No compressed air. No soaking or dunking the watch in water, even to clean it.
