How do I unlock my door with the app?
You can unlock your door straight from your phone, useful if you're expecting a visitor or want to let someone in. Here's how.
- Open the Lifeline Connect app and log in.
- Tap [Door lock].
- Tap the [Unlock] button.
- You'll see the door change to Unlocked, and hear the lock turn.
To lock it again, tap [Lock] in the same place.
Good to know:
- You'll usually need to be [near your door, or connected to your home Wi-Fi] to unlock remotely.
- Only you and the people you've given access to can unlock the door.
