How to view your LifelineConnect Door Lock Activity History?

Your LifelineConnect Door Lock keeps a record of who's come and gone, giving you added peace of mind. Here's how to see it.

1. Open the LifelineConnect app and log in.
2. Tap [Door lock], then [Activity] or [History].
3. You'll see a list showing who unlocked the door and when.

Where you assigned a person their own access code, the list shows names, so you can see, for example, that "Daughter Jane" came in at 10am.

Good to know:

• The history is private, only you and those you allow can see it.
• It's a handy way to confirm a carer or family member visited as expected.
