How do I charge my LifelineConnect SmartWatch?

Keeping your LifelineConnect SmartWatch charged helps ensure it is ready when you need it. Follow these steps to charge it correctly and confirm that charging has started.

Charge your LifelineConnect SmartWatch.

Place your LifelineConnect SmartWatch on the charging stand. Adjust it gently until it sits securely in place. Make sure the charging stand is plugged into a working power socket. Check the indicator light to confirm that your LifelineConnect SmartWatch is charging.

Understand the charging lights

A solid green light on the stand usually means your LifelineConnect SmartWatch is charging correctly.

If the charger shows a different light status, use the guidance below.

Amber light: The watch is charging but is not yet fully charged.
Flashing light: The watch may not be aligned correctly on the stand, or the charger is checking the connection.
No light: The stand may not be receiving power, or the watch may not be connected properly. Follow the troubleshooting steps below.

How long charging takes

A full charge usually takes about 2 hours.

You can leave your LifelineConnect SmartWatch on the charging stand overnight if needed.

If the charging light does not come on

Try these steps.

Check that the charging stand is firmly plugged into a working power socket. Make sure the power socket is switched on. Reposition your LifelineConnect SmartWatch so it sits correctly on the stand. Wipe the back of your LifelineConnect SmartWatch and the charging stand with a dry, clean cloth to remove any dust or debris.
