How can I see or change notifications I receive to my watch or my mobile device?

Notifications are the little messages and reminders your watch and phone can show you. You're in full control of them. Here's how to see and change them.

1. Open the Lifeline Connect app and log in.
2. Tap [Settings], then [Notifications].
3. You'll see a list of the different notifications you can receive.
4. Tap the switch next to any item to turn it on or off.

You can choose to receive notifications on your watch, your phone, or both. For example, you might want reminders on your watch but keep your phone quiet.
