1. Open the Lifeline Connect app and log in.
2. Tap [Health] or [Settings], then [Sharing].
3. Choose [Share with a professional].
4. [Enter their details, or create a summary you can show or send them.]

Ways to share:

You stay in control:

• You choose what they can see, and can stop sharing at any time.
